The largest biceps: natural and “inflated” with synthol

In prehistoric times, people developed muscles unconsciously. Hunting and protection from predators required remarkable physical strength from men. In ancient times, the development of the body became mandatory along with studies in science and art. The first exercise equipment appeared 3 thousand years ago, and fitness dates back to the 19th century. During this period, the first gyms opened, and already in the 20th century, from the 1920s, competitions were organized between bodybuilders, the volume of individual muscles was assessed: chest, triceps, abs, calves. Read more about those who had the largest biceps in history in the 24SMI article.

Larry Scott

The American was born in 1938 and had a fragile physique as a child. Larry started bodybuilding as a 16-year-old teenager. The young man’s biceps girth was 28 cm. Scott made a name for himself after entering college, taking third place in the Mr. Los Angeles competition. After a successful performance, the bodybuilder participated in “Mr. California”, becoming the best.

The name of Larry Scott became known in the world after winning Mr. Olympia in 1965. The bodybuilder repeated the result in 1966. The athlete's weak point was considered to be narrow shoulders, so the American focused on his biceps. Scott's biceps brachii had a girth of 54 cm.

Anthropometric data of Larry Scott:

  • height - 170 cm;
  • hip circumference - 64 cm;
  • chest circumference - 128 cm;
  • waist circumference - 76 cm;
  • weight in the off-season - 102 kg;
  • competition weight - 94 kg.

The largest hand in the world: palm 40 centimeters

Strongman and arm wrestler Jeff Dabe became famous throughout the world for his hand size. His palm is almost 40 centimeters in size, and his forearms have a girth of almost 50.

With such parameters, Jeff simply could not pass up arm wrestling. He became interested in sports in the 70s, when he noticed that amateur victories were very easy for him - his opponents simply could not oppose anything to the power of the strongman.

Giant hands allowed us to start our way up very quickly.

In principle, Jeff himself is not a small man - his shoulders are wider than many arm wrestlers. But it was the record size of his hands that made him famous throughout the world. Even Poddubny’s forearm was 46 centimeters - and he was the main strongman 100 years ago.

However, his size does not prevent Jeff from being a good-natured guy. He shakes hands with his fans with a smile and is always ready to crack a joke.

Dorian Yates

At the age of 13, the British man was left without his father, who died of a heart attack. At 19, Dorian was jailed for six months for participating in riots. In a correctional facility, a young man became interested in bodybuilding. When free, Yates went to the gym and competed. He made his debut in Mr. Olympia in 1991, taking second place. A year later, Dorian won and repeated the result 5 more times (1993–1997).

Before his last triumph in Mr. Olympia, Yates tore his triceps. Before this, the bodybuilder was recovering from a biceps rupture, the girth of which was 54 cm.

Anthropometric data of Dorian Yates:

  • height - 178 cm;
  • weight in the off-season - 131 kg;
  • competition weight - 121 kg;
  • chest - 145 cm;
  • waist - 86 cm;
  • hip - 76.5 cm;
  • shin - 56 cm.

Drugs

After returning from the army, Greg got involved with bad people, which led him into a completely different environment than he should have found himself in. As a result, he began to distribute drugs - as if it was not enough for him that he himself was using illegal drugs, which brought him to a terrible state. Naturally, this could not last long - Greg was caught by the police, and he went to prison, where he served a well-deserved sentence. Only after this did the former bodybuilder come to his senses, although it was already too late - he lost not only his career, but also his family; his wife and children left him. So Greg had to start a new life on his own: without drugs, without steroids, but also without the happiness that he had managed to get before all these events happened to him. This is how the story of the owner of the largest biceps in the world ends ingloriously, who also earned his fame not naturally, but with the help of chemicals - which is why many people do not recognize him as a record holder.

Sergio Oliva

In 1967, the Cuban supplanted Larry Scott on the pedestal of Mr. Olympia. The bodybuilder repeated his success in 1968 and 1969. During his third triumph, the bodybuilder beat debutant Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In his youth, Oliva was involved in weightlifting and was a member of the Cuban national team. Sergio dreamed of leaving the country and in 1961 the athlete settled in Miami, USA. The bodybuilder spent his free time in the gym. The classes required money, so Oliva took on any job and for some time repaired televisions. Sergio served in the police for 25 years and retired with the rank of officer.

In 1986, Oliva experienced a family scandal. A bodybuilder's wife shot her husband five times. One bullet hit the athlete's stomach. The bodybuilder’s wife claimed that she was defending herself, and Oliva called the situation an accident. Sergio died in 2012 from kidney failure at the age of 71.

Anthropometric data of Sergio Oliva:

  • height - 175.26 cm;
  • weight - 108.8 kg;
  • chest - 147.32 cm;
  • biceps - 54 cm;
  • forearm - 39.5 cm;
  • waist - 71.12 cm;
  • hip - 73.66 cm;
  • calves - 47 cm.

The longest arms in the world

Naturally, the biggest hands should belong to the biggest person.

Making ratings is a delicate and thankless task. What algorithm is used to determine the most beautiful woman in the world, or the most fashionable outfit, or the most interesting book? As they say, how many people, so many opinions. But mathematics is the queen of sciences, so it’s hard to argue with some ratings. The ruler will help you figure out who has the biggest nose in the world or the smallest feet. The difficulty is that today there are almost 7.5 billion people living in the world, it’s impossible to measure everyone... But still, let’s try to figure out who has the longest arms in the world.

From the Guinness Book of Records

In 2010, the Guinness Book of Records recorded that Sultan Kosen has the longest arms today – 27.5 cm. In addition, the former Turkish basketball player is also the tallest man in the world.

Until the age of 10, the young man was an ordinary child. But then, as a result of brain surgery (Sultan had a tumor removed), the pituitary gland was affected, which led to disruption of its functioning. The boy began to grow literally before our eyes. At the age of 26, his height was 246.5 cm. The main thing that upsets the young man is the inability to start relationships with girls. Well, yes, any girl is unlikely to reach him above the waist, besides, Sultan Kosen probably not only has the longest arms in the world...

Before Sultan, the record holder for arm length and height was the Ukrainian lad Leonid Stadnik. The reason is still the same - disturbances in the functioning of the pituitary gland. His height was 257 cm, and his palm length was 31 cm. But these records were not officially registered, because Leonid Stadnik refused official measurements and asked for peace and quiet.

For reference: the pituitary gland is a brain appendage that produces growth hormones. Its dimensions on average are 1.3 * 0.6 * 1.0 cm, and it weighs only half a gram. This is such a tiny but important organ.

Let's look back in time

In the last century, the American Robert Wadlow (1918-1940) had the longest arms. His arm span was 288 cm, and his palm length was 32.4 cm.

The record holder's story is not very funny. Even at the age of 3 he was an ordinary boy, but at the age of 4 he suddenly began to grow very quickly. So quickly that already at the age of 8 his height reached 190 cm, and after 2 years he stretched to 198 cm and weighed 100 kg. Doctors did not delay the diagnosis for long and immediately determined that the boy had a rare disease of the pituitary gland, the part of the brain responsible for growth.

After graduating from school, the American Gulliver (in the land of Lilliputians) entered the university. He still continued to grow. By this time, his height was 263 cm and his weight was 223 kg! Therefore, Robert began to be called the tallest man in the world.

He performed in the circus. The room was very simple. The giant simply went on stage and measured his height with the audience. The tallest ones barely reached his waist. He also easily picked up grown men and women like toys. With this number he visited every state and became an American celebrity.

He died very young, at 22, from sepsis. The fact is that due to his enormous weight, Robert Wadlow experienced difficulty walking. He had to lean on a crutch. While speaking on US Independence Day in the city of Manistee, he rubbed his leg with a crutch, which caused severe inflammation with a fatal outcome.

A lot of people gathered for the funeral of this amazing American. His 500-kilogram coffin was carried by 12 people (6 on each side).

As folk wisdom says: “He has long arms”...

The expression “long arms” should not always be taken literally. In a figurative sense, this means that the person about whom they say this is very influential. The word of this person has enormous weight, millions listen to it (and the CIA is also keeping an eye on it). Is there such a person in the world?

According to Forbes magazine, this is Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is not surprising considering that he is at the helm of the largest country in the world. Countries with the largest human resources, with the largest nuclear potential, with truly inexhaustible natural resources - land, forests, water, with gigantic reserves of minerals, including hydrocarbons. With his political will he changes the course of history.

In second place after Vladimir Vladimirovich is US President Barack Obama, and Angela Merkel has descended even lower.

The top ten most influential people in the world also included computer geniuses Bill Gates, one of the founders of Microsoft, and Lawrence Page, developer of the Google search engine. At the same time, they are called the “longest arms,” in other words, the most influential people in the computer world. It’s surprising that Mark Zuckerberg, who invented Facebook, was not included in any ranking of the most influential people on the planet, but he topped the list of the youngest billionaires in the world, which is also very honorable...

Fakes

This photo clearly shows that Justin Timberlake has the longest arms in the world. It’s necessary to hug two people by the shoulders with each arm at once! I wonder if this photo is random or a lucky draw?

But this photo was taken by accident at the 2006 FIFA World Cup during Australia's game against Japan. It clearly shows that number 13 Mark Viduka, who was a striker in the Australian team, has a very long right arm, without a doubt the longest arm in the world.

The successful photo immediately became very popular on the Internet and literally spread across social networks.

Phil Heath

The American played on the student basketball team and dreamed of making it to the professional league. But the 175-centimeter Heath was not helped by hard training. At the age of 23, the athlete assessed the chances of a career in basketball and gave up trying. Phil was in good physical shape, so he took up bodybuilding.

Jay Cutler helped the newcomer with training. In 2011, Heath won the Mr. Olympia competition for the first time. The athlete repeated his success 6 more times (2012–2017). In 2020, Phil took part in the competition after two years away and finished third.

Anthropometric data of Phil Heath:

  • competition weight - 114 kg;
  • weight in the off-season - 127 kg;
  • neck - 47 cm;
  • biceps - 56 cm;
  • waist - 73 cm;
  • hip - 81 cm;
  • chest - 140 cm;
  • caviar - 50 cm.

Jay Cutler

Cutler was interested in chemistry during his school years and received two awards. Jay played American football professionally. The young man developed an interest in bodybuilding in college. But the athlete ignored competitions during his studies. The American won the Mr. Olympia title in 2006 and repeated the result three times.

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Schwarzenegger started lifting at the age of 15. The young Austrian considered his idol Reg Park, a British bodybuilder, actor and businessman. The path to the Mr. Olympia title took Arnold 5 years. But the bodybuilder did not deny that he accelerated the process with the help of steroids. However, Schwarzenegger emphasized that he achieved extraordinary success while serving in the army. Arnold was a tank driver and found time to train even during exercises. The athlete got up an hour before the general ascent and swung with a homemade barbell right in the tank.

Gregg Valentino, 71 cm

Gregg Valentino wasn't aiming for a title in the sport, but he was trying to set a record for the size of his hands. Many bodybuilding fans shout: “synthol!” when they see old footage of Gregg with his massive biceps. But to this day, Gregg denies this, which, frankly, seems pretty ridiculous. Gregg pumped up his biceps 71 cm with a height of only 168 cm.

Ronnie Coleman

He was fond of American football and worked as an accountant. Ronnie became a professional bodybuilder in 1991. Seven years later, the athlete received the title “Mr. Olympia” for the first time. Coleman has eight victories in the prestigious competition. The athlete did three exercises as the basis of his training: squats (380 kg), bench press (260 kg) and deadlifts from the floor (365 kg). When performing the leg press, Ronnie used weights of over a ton.

What's stopping you from pumping up huge arms?

Common mistakes:

  • Overtraining
  • Performing exercises with errors in technique
  • Training not according to the program
  • Avoiding compound exercises
  • Accustoming muscles to one load program

Many guys in the gym spend 2-4 hours a day, wasting energy on mindlessly pumping up their biceps, and as a result, the “muscle” simply does not grow. What do we get as a result? Overwork, reluctance to exercise, depression... Yes, plus, the possibility of injury increases significantly.

Some athletes, even experienced ones, simply overload the muscle with an abundance of exercises and approaches, creating the wrong programs.

Anatomy

The biceps is a muscle consisting of 2 “bundles”. In order for it to grow, it is necessary to pump it (the muscle) completely, all sections, however, like any other muscle group.

Important nuances in biceps training:

  • Many people forget about the muscles of the forearm. Without them, you will never be able to thoroughly load your biceps. How do you work a muscle if you can’t hold a dumbbell in your hands? You will simply reduce weight, which will, accordingly, lead to a decrease in load.
  • Many guys in the “rocking chair” try to lift as much weight as possible in the hope that it will simply “tear” their biceps, but, alas, they begin to involve their back, legs, and shoulders in the work. That's it - the load was divided into several muscle groups. The long-awaited effect is not observed.

Correct technique

Regardless of how long you go to the gym, if you are not growing the much-desired biceps, consider the correct technique (in any case, it is recommended to consult with specialists to take into account such important parameters as the state of health and the capabilities of the body as a whole).

First, reduce your working weight. Yes, yes, correct execution of the exercise involves powerful intense training with maximum intensity.

Secondly, control your body movements (nothing unnecessary), concentrate on the work of the muscle.

As for the technology itself:

  • When working with a barbell or dumbbells while standing, move your arms slightly forward in front of your body, bring your elbows out to the side of your torso.
  • Maximum tension in a muscle is created when you straighten it rather than bend it. The moment of “lowering” should take you longer than raising.
  • Try not to move your body. You must be motionless, of course, this does not apply to your hands.

Mustafa Ismail

The Egyptian became famous at the age of 24, getting into the Guinness Book of Records. Mustafa surprised the audience with the size of his biceps, the girth of which was 79 cm. Ismail said that he achieved the result without synthol and steroids. The young man called a high-calorie and balanced diet, regular training, and self-discipline the secret of success.

Mustafa became famous not in Egypt, but in the USA. The athlete moved to America, where he worked two jobs to pay for training and a varied diet. At the peak of the athlete’s popularity, they wrote that Ismail lifts 225 kg with his biceps. The man said that he eats 3 kg of protein food, 4 kg of carbohydrates a day and drinks 11 liters of water. But it turned out that the bodybuilder deceived the judges of the Guinness Book of Records by hiding information about the use of synthol.

Sultan Kösen - the biggest hands and tallest height

A man from Turkey topped several ratings, including “The Tallest Man in the World” and “The Biggest Hands.” The length of the Sultan’s palms is as much as 27.5 cm and the span of his upper limbs reaches 3 meters. The man plays basketball professionally, where his height and large limbs come in very handy. Kösen was an ordinary child until he was 10 years old, then he underwent brain surgery to remove a pituitary tumor and the boy’s height began to actively increase. Already at the age of 26, his height was 2 meters 46 cm. Of course, such an unusual height attracts the attention of many people. He got married not long ago; his wife barely reaches his elbow. All his life, Kösen worked with his father on the farm; he was unable to receive an education due to his abnormal growth.

Today the guy’s height is 251 centimeters; thanks to his fame, specialists from the Medical Institute of the University of Virginia decided to study him. Since 2010, the man with the world's largest limbs has been undergoing treatment, during which doctors monitor growth hormones. They managed to bring hormone production back to normal and stop Sultan’s growth.

Leonid Stadnik - Ukrainian hero with big hands

A man from Ukraine had an even more impressive palm size - 30 cm. His dimensions came in handy around the house; sitting on a chair, Leonid easily changed the light bulbs in the chandelier. The reason for such body size is the problem of the pituitary gland, which began to produce excessive amounts of growth hormones. He grew up as an ordinary boy in a Ukrainian village, studied well at school and was even lower than his peers in first grade. At the age of 12, doctors discovered a tumor in the brain, removed it, but affected the pituitary gland. Leonid began to grow strongly, by the age of 18 he was already more than 2 meters tall. Mother did not have time to buy new shoes and clothes. Stadnik graduated from school and college with honors, and worked as a veterinarian in his native village.

The man did not like the hype around him, the fame that came after his name was included in the Guinness Book of Records. The man with the largest hands in the world preferred to live peacefully in his village. Over the past few years, Leonid's height has increased by about 3 cm per year. Due to his height, it was difficult to move around the house, and gradually it became difficult to walk; he used support. He died in 2014 from a cerebral hemorrhage.

Robert Wadlow - a historical giant with huge hands

Unfortunately, the owner of the world's largest hands lived very short, only 22 years. But the world remembered him as the tallest man from the Guinness Book of Records. The length of the palm from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger was a whopping 32.4 centimeters when Robert was 21 years old. He suffered from gigantism caused by a pituitary tumor. Active growth began at the age of 4 years. The boy’s two sisters and two brothers grew up normally, and the American’s parents did not differ in abnormal growth. At the age of 9, Wadlow could easily pick up his own father and carry him up the stairs; even then his height was 188 cm. Fortunately, thanks to his fame, the guy had no problems with the shoes that were made for him for free.

But fame was accompanied by health difficulties; his incredible height and size had a negative impact on Robert’s joints; he moved with the help of crutches. The man worked in a circus, with which he toured the United States, surprising people with his size. He died due to sepsis, which developed due to a wound on his leg, rubbed by a crutch. 40,000 people attended the funeral.

Liu Hua is a big and unpleasant problem

The world learned about a young man from China thanks to an illness that caused him a lot of inconvenience. Even at birth, Liu received an injury to his left limb, as a result of which it began to grow greatly and reached simply incredible dimensions. The disease is called local gigantism, in which not the entire human body grows, but a separate part. The left limb weighed about 10 kg, the length of the fingers varied:

  • thumb - 26 cm;
  • index - 30 cm;
  • average - 15 cm.

Fortunately, doctors recently performed an operation, removed 5 kg of the arm, bones and tendons, leaving 2 fingers on the palm. Liu Hua really hopes that surgical intervention will help him live a normal life, because with such complexity it is completely inconvenient to work, do everyday things, and outwardly Liu is not like everyone else. This upset the man; sometimes those around him were frightened by his terrible hand. The operation took 7 hours, and after some time he will have to go under the knife again. He will no longer be able to fully use his arm, but its weight has become less and life has become easier.

Hussein Bisad - the biggest man

The current record holder for the world's most gigantic hands, whose palms reach a size of 26.9 cm. Hussein lives in Somalia and in 2008 entered the Guinness Book of Records as the largest man in the world. It’s surprising that the man continues to grow little by little; today his height is 236 cm. The reason for the Somali’s size is pituitary gigantism. Huge growth requires a lot of food. Bisada's lunch consists of the following menu:

  • 2.5 kg pasta;
  • half a loaf of bread;
  • 3 cans of tuna;
  • 2 cans refried beans.

To avoid dehydration, a man drinks about 13 liters of water per day.

Duangjey Samaksamam - the big problem of life

Fame all over the world is, of course, good, but for a resident of Taiwan this is a real problem. She gained her fame in the world because of a serious, incurable illness that accompanied her throughout her life. As a child, Duangjay avoided meeting others, did not play with children on the street, and was very shy about her huge hands. Gradually she got used to the pathology and began to try to lead a normal life. Experts studied the woman’s limbs, and doctors around the world became interested in her. Many even tried to reduce their limbs through surgery, but little success was achieved.

The problem is that a thick layer of fatty tissue is deposited in the area of a woman’s arms from the shoulders to the hands. If you remove it, it will still accumulate, so the operations did not bring anything good. The limbs always look excessively swollen and weigh about 20 kg. Today Duangjay is 65 years old and works in her parents' store. Doctors cannot help her, and she does not want to undergo amputation, because it is better to live like this than without any limbs at all.

Jeff Dabe - a handy guy from the USA

The man has very large hands; he decided to turn his peculiarity into an advantage and has been engaged in professional arm wrestling for many years. The American has a huge number of victories. After the examination, specialists did not identify any health problems, elephantiasis or gigantism. Jeff is completely healthy, it’s just that his arm muscles are unusually large. But this only helps him in everyday activities and sports. The volume of his forearm is 50 cm, and he can pick up a basketball with his hand without any problems.

In arm wrestling, Jeff is simply a legend, despite breaking his right arm in 1986 during a fight, he continues to do what he loves; in competitions the man uses only his left limb. In everyday life, an American works a lot physically, chops wood, digs soil, and operates heavy equipment around the house. He doesn't even need to train before fights. He doesn’t have a specific technique, he simply presses forcefully on his opponent’s wrist.

Denis Tsyplenkov - big champion of Russia

The Russian guy is also a professional arm wrestler, because by nature he is one of the owners of the largest limbs. He is the absolute champion of the World Cup among professionals in 2010. Tsyplenkov is also a member of the extreme power league. This strong man was born in Krivoy Rog, he started going to sports clubs at school, and was involved in weight lifting. While still a schoolboy, he became a candidate for master of sports in kettlebells, but this sport was not in great demand, so he began to engage in arm wrestling. Tsyplenkov’s wrist size is 23.5 cm, biceps - 61 cm.

By

Greg Valentino

The press wrote that the American Greg Valentino had the largest biceps - 84 cm. The bodybuilder received a scandalous reputation in the world of bodybuilding. Greg not only trained, but was also involved in the drug business and was in prison.

Valentino convinced the public that he pumped up voluminous “cans” in the gym. But it turned out that Greg was injecting synthol, which affected the American’s health. The athlete’s arms could have been amputated, but doctors pumped out the harmful fluid and pus in time.

What can finger length tell you?

The easiest way to recognize a person's character is by the length of his fingers. For this test, you just need to compare the ratio of the innominate and index.

First type.

The ring finger is longer than the index finger. The owner is charismatic and attractive. It’s pleasant to communicate with him, he knows how to present himself. A crowd of friends and admirers follows him everywhere. He is distinguished by his active character and love of risk. There are no problems in his life that he cannot solve. Even financial difficulties pass him by. His developed intellect allows him to reach heights in the profession of engineer and surgeon. The learning process for this individual lasts throughout his life.

Second type.

The ring finger is shorter than the index finger. This personality is independent and self-sufficient. A person who enjoys being alone with himself. These are often called loners. They won't take the first steps. If you want to establish contact with him, you will have to be the initiator of this cooperation. Often these people are susceptible to flattery and praise.

Third type.

The same length of the ring and index fingers on the hands will tell about a friendly and benevolent person. They do not fight and try to smooth out rough edges. Tries to establish friendly contact with everyone. They are focused, collected and responsible. Men will become good workers working for the benefit of the enterprise. For a girl, this length of fingers will tell about her devotion and fidelity. She can become a wonderful wife who takes care of the family hearth. Despite all the kindness, you should not test the strength of such a person’s nerves. If you bring it to the boiling point, everyone will have a hard time.

The Longest Fingers (Matthew McGrory)

Matthew is the most gigantic man in the world, and on top of that he has gigantic fingers. The length of the largest of them is 13 cm. Naturally, this is a world record.

Largest natural biceps

Greg Kovacs at the peak of his career had biceps of 65 cm. Before joining bodybuilding, the Canadian had a choice - to play football or hockey. But the interest in bodybuilding was stronger, so at the age of 20 the young man made his debut in a pitching competition. The first performance was unsuccessful: the 130-kilogram Kovacs lost to a guy who weighed 85 kg. Greg was inferior in definition and posed awkwardly on stage.

Victor, with a height of 175 cm, weighed 135 kg, which was considered unusual in the late 1980s. The volume of the Nigerian's biceps, which he pumped naturally, was 64 cm. Body industry officials expected Richards to become a new sports star. But Victor did not realize his potential, remaining a “gray horse”.

Many great athletes came to the gym thanks to Arnold Schwarzenegger , who demonstrated excellent form not only on stage, but also in films.

Consequences

But that wasn't the whole price Greg had to pay for gaining the largest biceps in the world. After some time, his muscle tissue began to die, which, of course, was caused by the steroids. The bodybuilder did not hide this either - he even began to post photographs of what was happening to his muscles in order to teach young bodybuilders what illegal drugs would do to their bodies. Some photographs even show holes in the arms, from which pus is oozing - but the muscle volume has not decreased by a centimeter, which was further evidence of the use of steroids, since natural tissues do not react to the disease in this way. As a result, Greg had to undergo emergency surgery - this is what the largest biceps in the world led to. Photos of this achievement, however, continue to amaze - even with the help of steroids, the man managed to achieve simply amazing results and transform his body beyond recognition.

Record holder among women

Of course, there are women among bodybuilders, some of them also achieve unprecedented results and turn their bodies into real rocks. It is impossible not to mention the women who have become record holders among the fair sex. You can argue as much as you like about the beauty or ugliness of a pumped-up female body, but, nevertheless, there are those who value a woman’s biceps, the largest, by the way, belongs to Reni Tony.

Now there are many women who have succeeded in bodybuilding, they can demonstrate their pumped up bodies, amazing the whole world in every sense. But the maximum results in this sport were achieved by a bodybuilder from Brazil, Renee Toni, who set a record in 2006 - she owns the largest biceps among women. At 51 centimeters, his volume is almost equal to the volume of Gregg Valentino's biceps before he began taking steroid drugs. Therefore, Reni can safely boast of unprecedented work on herself and her body, proving to all skeptics that women can also achieve results in the so-called “male” sport.
