Basically, the cause of workaholism is a false attitude located in the subconscious.
Here are examples of such settings:

A person, under the influence of such attitudes, “works hard” around the clock. He realizes the meaning of his unconscious attitude into life day after day. But no matter how strong a person is, mental resources have a limit. As you reach your limit, forcing yourself to work becomes more and more difficult every day. A workaholic begins to feel lazy more and more often.
