Building an impressive body is not as easy as many people think. If this were so, the planet would be inhabited by 8-10 billion people with magnificent pumped up bodies.
But this is not so, many do not know how to set specific goals and understand their true desires. But there are those among us who shock the world in the good sense of the word. They proved that with perseverance and a positive attitude we can reach heights we never dreamed of.
Below is a list of six bodybuilders, and you will learn the transformation stories of each of them since they first began to engage in bodybuilding.
All of them are true champions who have demonstrated gradual progress.
Lazar Angelov
Lazar became interested in bodybuilding in 2006. Before that, he played professional basketball for 10 years. Lazar was one of the leading players and repeatedly led his team to victory, but later realized that his calling was bodybuilding and inspiring millions of people around the world.
Currently, Lazar is widely known as a popular fitness model with one of the most prominent and ideal abdominals in the world, obtained naturally (without the use of substances that stimulate muscle growth).
Denis Masino
Denise Sanchez, known to many bodybuilding fans as Denise Masino, was born in New York (Brooklyn) on May 1, 1968. At the age of 14, the young Puerto Rican became interested in heavy sports. Denis received professional status as a bodybuilder in 1995. Throughout her subsequent career, she embodied the idea of combining bodybuilding and eroticism, proving to the whole world that strength is sexy, and female bodybuilders are not only a mountain of pumped up muscles. Proving this thesis, Denis Sanchez constantly and successfully performed on stage until 2007. One of the clearest proofs was the triumphant victory at the sports show “Night of Champions” in 2003.
Beautiful, artistic and erotic Denis could take her rightful place in cinema. Unfortunately, her talent was not appreciated. She starred in second-rate horror films about vampires.
Ulysses William Junior
Ulisses began making his dream come true as a teenager, working hard day after day in the gym. Today, Ulisses is the top fitness model on the planet with numerous titles.
The bodybuilder strictly monitors nutrition, which helps to maintain excellent shape all year round. Ulisses regularly appears on the covers of famous American and European magazines such as Men's Health, Musclemag, Men's Fitness, REP's and FLEX Magazine.
He is one of my personal favorites.
Ulysses William Junior is a bodybuilder with one of the best naturally built bodies. I especially admire his arms and abs.

The girl used the services of a plastic surgeon, explaining this by the fact that a woman’s breasts cannot be pumped up in the gym. Mark Fitt
Mark Fitt is a rising bodybuilding star who will soon prove to the world that he is one of the best “natural” bodybuilders on the planet. He began his path to the top in 2010, and since then he has been purposefully pursuing his dream.
I remember the moment when I saw Mark in one of the videos dedicated to the transformation of the popular fitness model Greg Plitt, and today Mark inspires millions of his fans with his example.
Not only did Mark’s body change, his sense of self changed. Before bodybuilding, he was terribly shy; concentrating his attention on achieving his dreams gave the young man a lot.
How did Natalia Kuznetsova come to this physique?
The girl was born in Chita and began bodybuilding as a teenager. The Russian woman did not dream of a sports career. But Kuznetsova’s father decided that physical exercise would raise his daughter’s self-esteem, and sent 14-year-old Natalia to the gym. As a teenager, she weighed only 40 kg, but now she weighs almost twice as much. In one interview, the athlete admitted:
As a child, I was a timid little mouse.
