One buyer, after a series of contacts, agreed. The buyer, of course, was fired, causing a big internal scandal. After this, employees of the procurement department were notified that management intended to use this method of secret inspection in the future.
It is also recommended to reward suppliers for saving on purchases. But at the same time, it is necessary that the marketing department regularly monitors prices on the market, and commodity experts control the quality of the supplied products. Otherwise, the buyer will buy illiquid assets for two kopecks and receive his bonus.
Listing suppliers is also effective. “If suppliers offer and give kickbacks to category managers for entering the network, introducing new positions into the assortment matrix, placing products on the shelf in several “faces,” then we simply need to redirect this cash flow to our cash desk,” this is how the top managers of the network decided retail with an eye on Western retail chains. As a result, a system of bonuses for entering and collaborating with the chain arose, which, in addition to minimizing the retailer’s risks when working with a supplier, also allowed the suppliers’ kickback money to be used to increase their own profits.
Roman Bodryakov: A peculiarity of the Russian approach to the system of listing and bonus payments is that some Russian retailers collect this money unofficially, that is, without an agreement to provide additional services on the network. Most often, such payments are made either under agreements under which the network conducts marketing research for the supplier (for example, on how it and related products are sold), or simply in cash that is not received anywhere. Since the supplier company does not receive any additional services for this money, the bonuses turn into a simple extortion of cash.
It is also useful to separate the functions of searching for suppliers and making purchasing decisions.
Victoria Osipova: The simplest way to separate functions is when a procurement specialist, based on the results of interaction with suppliers, prepares a competitive table that indicates the purchased items, supplier prices and delivery conditions, and then provides it to the manager or owner for decision-making.
Market price monitoring also serves the same purpose. Information on market prices for products sold and purchased goods is compiled into an easy-to-read form, which allows management to evaluate the effectiveness of transactions concluded by the supply department.
Procurement budgeting is being implemented to manage financial flows and increase the transparency of financial information in procurement, and this is also one of the ways to combat kickbacks.
Anton Khodarev: In our company, the procurement department begins to work according to budgets, which indicate the volume of purchases of certain products, their cost and sources of financing. Procurement budgets are usually drawn up for a year, and then divided into tactical ones - into shorter periods: quarter, month, etc. Not a single transaction can go beyond the established budget. The Treasury makes sure that no payment “accidentally” goes past the budget, and only pays what is agreed upon. Current adjustments to the budget taking into account the current situation (unplanned price increases, needs for additional purchases) are made once a month by the budget committee (or senior manager).
Conducting tenders (competitive bidding) allows not only to select the best offers on the market, but also to minimize the use of kickback schemes by buyers.

What to do if pulmonary fibrosis is detected?
Fibrosis is a pathological proliferation of connective tissue, which leads to a decrease in the size of the alveolar vesicles, that is, the air space. Manifestations of fibrosis may include shortness of breath, a feeling of lack of air, and intolerance to physical activity. The goal of a rehabilitation course for pulmonary fibrosis is to restore the previous lung volume. The patient is recommended conservative treatment, including drug therapy, breathing exercises, and lifestyle correction.
It is possible to finally assess the severity of fibrotic changes after coronavirus, as well as their significance, only after 12 months. Therefore, it is recommended to repeat a CT scan of the lungs for fibrosis every year.
How much mass remains after the course
The most popular question that bombards all beginners is how much mass can be left after the course? They want to know specific information in kilograms. It is impossible to answer this question unambiguously. There is a certain algorithm and nuances, following which you can determine how much muscle you will have left.
The point is this: the size of the rebound after steroids will depend on the degree of preparation and training of the athlete. That is, what biological potential of your body did you use to gain weight without drugs? There are two cases.

Systematic monitoring of progress is not possible, because every 60 days you change the volume, intensity of training and weight. Everything has to start over again and the dots get lost and become out of place.
If you train purely using pharmacological drugs, or give preference to natural bodybuilding, then it would be much easier. We could have our own strength, recovery time and anabolism.

The second most important skill when dealing with kickbacks is to monitor the potential recipient’s reaction to your ambiguous phrases and understand the implicit meaning of his words. Your body is not adapted to the upcoming load, and you are confused with what frequency to train. After the course, your return is not even to the level of natural training, but lower. The weights you should take are those that were used during training and using sports nutrition, and even then not the maximum.
For example, if you benched 100 kg 8 times, during the course you benched 15, then after Khimki you need to lower the bar to 6, or maybe less, because this can be very stressful for the body.
Restoring your maximum performance will not be easy. This will take months, for some it may take a whole year. Most athletes cannot train without steroids and wait until the maximum results come naturally. Therefore, they set themselves another course.
