The protein contained in the treat, slow-acting carbohydrates and various additives saturate the body for a long time and suppress appetite. Hunger is dulled for 3-5 hours.

Rules of use

During the day, the amount of quick snacks consumed should not exceed two units. They can be used before and after visiting the gym - the rule applies to both men and women. Replacement of meals is allowed once a day; you cannot replace the entire diet with bars. They refer to additional, and not primary means of losing weight.

Products are not used:

  • while following a strict diet;
  • switching to a complete protein diet - otherwise there will be an excess of protein;

  1. Fry coconut flakes, cereal flakes, peeled sunflower seeds, and nuts without oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat the butter with honey, combine with the fried mixture and finely chopped dried fruits.
  3. Place the resulting mixture in a mold lined with cling film, level and compact, cover with film on top and place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  4. Cut into bars, each of which is wrapped in cling film and stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
