Men without strength training experience often cannot handle more than 15 sets of strength exercises in one workout.

Strength exercises for the purpose of muscle growth should be done no more than one approach every two minutes - 30 seconds of execution, 90 seconds of rest.

At this training pace: 2-3 minutes per approach, it can take 30-45 minutes to complete 15 approaches.

As the muscles grow, the duration of the workout can be increased to 25-30 approaches. However, this can be done gradually, according to the 10% principle.

To stimulate muscle growth, you need to allocate at least 10 minutes – 5 approaches – to one exercise.

Nutrition in Natural Bodybuilding

Nutrition in natural bodybuilding is subject to the principle of “feed the muscles, waste the fat.”

This means that, first of all, the calorie intake should be balanced in proteins and fats. This balance is determined by the proportion 25/25.

Typically, people do not eat enough protein, so the protein in the diet should be gradually increased as the volume of training increases and according to the 10% principle.

Protein needs to be increased so as not to increase fat. Fats in the diet should not exceed 25% of calories.
