Surely every adult has heard at least once in his life that you can’t eat at night. The thought is firmly ingrained in our heads: “eating after 18:00 is a taboo, otherwise weight gain cannot be avoided.” If you adhere to such “false principles” of healthy eating, then it’s time to forget about them. Scientists have proven that eating in the evening is not only possible, but also necessary.
However, not all so simple. Understanding how the body works in the evening and at night will help you competently create a menu and have a full dinner without fear for your figure.
