  • Boiled potatoes – 150 g.
  • One chicken egg.
  • Wheat flour – 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil – 40 ml.
  • A bunch of greenery.
  • Salt, ground pepper and spices - a pinch each.

Preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes until soft for twenty minutes. You can also boil it in the microwave, it only takes ten minutes. Using a potato masher or fork, crush the boiled potatoes.

2. Wash the egg and beat it into the potatoes. Chop a bunch of greens and also pour into a bowl.

3. Add seasonings to the mixture and be sure to add salt. Pass the flour through a sieve and add to the potatoes, then stir until smooth.

  • 15 g fresh basil;

Slice the tomatoes and season with ¹⁄₂ tablespoon olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

Grind most of the basil leaves with a pinch of salt to a paste and mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then finely chop the chili pepper and mozzarella.
