Most products are not the cheapest in their segment, and the price of a dish can be reduced if you choose more affordable options, buy products from local producers, or follow special offers.
Salt and soda are not included in the calculations, since a teaspoon of these ingredients costs 5–10 kopecks, which affects the final amount extremely little. Spices are added to the taste and budget of the cook, so they were also not included in the calculations.

Cheese cream soup with rice and chicken

You will need:
350 g chicken, 180 g boiled rice, 60 g onions, 300 g potatoes, 20 g butter, 240 g processed cheese, 100 g hard cheese, 130 g carrots, spices.
Preparation:
Clean the chicken, boil until done and remove from the broth. Cut potatoes, carrots and onions into arbitrary pieces and boil. After 7 minutes, return the chicken and add the cooked rice. After another 3 minutes, grate all the cheese into the soup and continue cooking until it melts. Beat everything with a blender, add spices and a little butter.
Pangasius in batter with mashed potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pangasius fillet;
- 4 medium potato tubers;
- 1 egg;
- 20 g flour;
- 150 ml milk;
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil;
- 1 tablespoon salt.
Preparation
Cut the pangasius fillet into medium pieces. For the batter, beat the egg with a mixer, add salt, spices and flour. Dip the fish pieces in batter and fry in a frying pan greased with oil.
To make the puree, peel and boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt. Drain the water, mash the tubers into a puree, adding heated milk a little at a time.

450 g pumpkin, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 cloves of garlic, 300 ml water, 100 ml cream, vegetable oil, paprika, nutmeg, spices.
Preparation:
Cut potatoes, pumpkin and carrots into cubes of the same size and place in a saucepan. Add chopped fried onions with spices and garlic there, and add water. Cook the soup over medium heat for about 25 minutes, remove from heat and blend with a blender. Add cream and bring the mixture to a boil again.
