Maybe that’s why I absolutely didn’t care about the size of the jeans I bought in the store, or maybe my character allowed me to love myself any way. But in any case, sometimes when I came to the store, I touched various things on the hangers, pleasant silk material, looked at the labels, where the numbers 42 were brazenly staring, and grabbed to try on everything that caught my eye: bright colors, wonderful fabrics. Needless to say, almost nothing fit me the way it would have fit in my imagination? The reflection in the mirror was “not” what I wanted to see. There was a strong internal conflict. As a result, tears, the mood is at zero, essentially for no reason. Depression set in. It got to the point that once again I didn’t want to go out to the store for some trifle, I didn’t want to feel the tight jeans and the fat that didn’t fit into them on the belt. I COMPLETELY eliminated sugar; for sweets I remember buying milk ice cream with 194 kcal, dividing 60g into 5 parts, if 1 part for breakfast. AND THAT'S ALL. no more sweets.

I spent such evenings on a watermelon load and often ate protein and drank a lot of water.

Weight:

Initially, my weight was about 70 kg, I had a lot of water in me. In 2013, it dropped smoothly along with volumes. A year has passed. Now it's 48.2. One day the weight dropped to 45, then rose.

I started my journey at the end of May 2013, by August 2013 all my old clothes had to be altered, and my friends did not recognize me on the streets. The weight went down, the figure became athletic, cellulite went away. Drying was especially difficult for my belly (apple-shaped figure), but it eventually allowed me to wear low-cut swimming trunks and jeans.

What’s especially sad is that I haven’t lost even 1 kg!

I didn’t want to finish writing the review for a long time, because... I don't like writing negative reviews. A lot of time passed and I lost weight to my original 55 kg, but with the help of PP and not sports. I didn’t bother too much, I just don’t eat flour, little sweets and nothing fried.

I didn’t really want to lose weight, but I did want to tighten my body! I didn’t follow a diet, I limited sweets after 12.00. I haven’t eaten after 6 pm for a long time. Plus, sport helps improve your mood. These are my 2 goals: mood and slimness. These were the plans.

My period was supposed to start in 5 days. So on the first day, about an hour after training, strange discharge began. I thought that my period was due to exercise. the loads will come a little earlier. The next 2 days everything happened again, but normal periods never came.

On day 5, my calves became unbearably sore, I couldn’t jump at all, and there was still discharge. I became wary and took a day break.

After the break, I studied for another 3 days, when it finally became clear that something was wrong. The discharge was still going on, and my stomach hurt. I did it! Today was the last training session for this program, and I decided to write my review of these training sessions.

So, this workout is designed for complete beginners and includes 3 levels, from easy to hard. Each level is performed daily for 10 days - a total of 30 days for the entire program. Each level is divided into 3 segments: segment 1 - strength exercises (3 minutes), segment 2 - cardio exercises (2 minutes) and abdominal training (1 minute). A version of each exercise is given for a beginner (in a simplified form, even a very fat and not at all athletic person can perform it) and for trained people (you give it your all, as effectively as possible for losing weight).

To complete the workout you will need: sportswear and sports shoes (required!!!!), dumbbells weighing 1.5 kg each, yoga mat/gymnastics mat. Before and after training there are warm-up and stretching exercises. They do not take much time and do not require much effort. Now my personal experience with this training. I started studying according to the program on March 24, today is May 7, I honestly admit, I had some absences.
