Got a Cardiostepper. Great stuff. It is very convenient that it is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. I liked the way of training, it turns out that you have to twist and resist gravity, while at the same time twisting the lower back. In terms of effectiveness, it really helps to lose weight and tone muscles, unless of course you are lazy. I used it every day for 15-20 minutes for one month. The effect appeared somewhere in the second week: the waist and hips decreased slightly.

It’s my birthday this summer, so I decided to give myself a gift. Finally, about the simulator itself. The box is quite impressive, and not light. I barely made it to the car. I collected it at home with my sister. Everything is fine: all the parts are in place, even the screwdriver and key included. By the way, there is also a calorie counter, counting how many exercises you have done and something else there. (It is displayed on a small display below) Yesterday I only worked out for a couple of minutes. It's nice to exercise. And your hands are at work, otherwise on a simple step they seem to be not at work. There are different difficulty levels. Mainly the load is on the legs, as it seemed to me, which is basically what I needed. In general, I liked everything.

At first I was afraid that there would be a big load on my knees, problems with the veins, but there was none of this. When the body got used to training, the muscles stopped hurting, I increased the training time. On the technical side, I discovered one drawback - the chain regularly fell off, I had to turn the exercise machine over, unscrew the lock, put on the chain, etc. everything in reverse order .Then knowledgeable people suggested how to tighten the chain. Now there are no problems. Of course, there was a time when I “played enough” and used the exercise machine as a hanger... But then I thought better of it and continued training. It takes up little space (we have 1 sq.m.), assembled and disassembled quickly and easily. I practically didn’t use the disks that came with the kit. I used it (they work out there on free exercise machines, and I felt sorry for mine), but I borrowed some exercises from there.
