How to practice?

Now I want to tell you about how to train on the Cardio Twister (based on my personal experience).

  • If you are as new to the sport as I was, you should start with 3-4 twenty-minute workouts per week at 1-3 difficulty modes.
  • Once you feel more confident, you can move on to half-hour workouts with the same frequency, using higher difficulty modes.
  • Well, then, when you are fully prepared, you can safely switch to the most effective training regimen for weight loss. It involves training 4 times a week for two twenty-minute approaches with a short break per workout.

The question then arises: what is the difference between vertical and horizontal exercise machines? The fact is that one of the problems of many fitness club visitors is varicose veins, and during prolonged exercise it is important that the lower limbs do not experience much stress. That's why a horizontal simulator was invented, in which the load on the venous system of the legs is much less. True, in 45 minutes, on average, 300-400 calories are burned, which means that such workouts are less effective. But health is more important, and you can increase the duration of the lesson to 60 minutes.

Rowing machine. An excellent tool for those who want to get the most out of their workout. The movement that the student performs is similar to the movement from the sports discipline “rowing”.
