- Stick your tongue out at the reflection in the mirror. Don't be shy, stick out as much as possible. Stay in the final position for a few seconds. Repeat 12 grooves.
- Blow on the dandelions. If it’s not the season, take a small feather and blow it away for 3 minutes.
- Make a fairy fish smile. Purse your lips tightly, then smile widely. Smile 12 times, remembering to relax after each repetition.
- Howl like a wolf, only slowly, in different voices. Exercise is good not only for muscles, it copes well with depression. Do the training for 7 minutes.
- Draw with a pencil, which must be held tightly in your mouth. Circles and letters are suitable for artistic creativity. Create for 4 minutes.

Exercise No. 1: “Pull-Push”
Purpose of reception:
- launching active work of the intercostal muscles, muscles of the chest, upper limbs, deep muscles of the spine;
- improving tissue drainage of the upper limbs and chest;

- return of freedom and ease of movement.
How to do it:
Sit on a chair, straighten your back, bend your knees, without lifting your feet off the floor. Straighten your arms and extend them in front of you. As you inhale, turn your palms towards you and point your arms, bending your elbows, towards your chest, as if you are pulling something towards you. At the same time, stretch your chest forward, slightly increasing your lumbar arch.
Next, as you exhale, direct your arms away from you, straightening them at the elbows and bending your hands at the wrist joints, as if you were pushing something away from you with your palms. Round the thoracic and lumbar regions at the same time. Complete the familiar movement with a rotation in the hip joints, gently roll back and forth on your sit bones, including your entire torso and breathing in the work.
How much to do:
10-12 breathing cycles.
ATTENTION
If you have hypertension, use with caution. Monitor your blood pressure levels after performing the exercise. If there are contraindications to exercise therapy for the cervico-brachial region, check with your doctor whether “Pull-Push” is suitable for you.

Correct cheekbones

Basic basis
These simple exercises are popular among many women. In a few minutes of exercise you can effectively load all the muscles of the face. All exercises are done by alternating tension (7 seconds) and relaxation (3 seconds). You need to start with 6 repetitions, increasing the number daily.
- Forehead. Place both hands on the forehead so that the nameless clubs lie on the brow ridges. Overcoming the resistance of your hands, raise your eyebrows and shift the skin of your forehead down.
- Eyes. Open your eyes as wide as possible, move your pupils in different directions. Then apply gentle pressure on the outer corners of your eyes and tighten your lower eyelid.
- Cheeks. Place your fingers on the corners of your lips. Try to smile from ear to ear, tensing the muscles of your cheeks and mouth as much as possible.
- Corners of lips. Press your lips between your teeth, pulling the corners upward. This exercise also removes wrinkles above the upper lip.
- Nose. Place the index finger and thumb of your left hand on the bridge of your nose and squeeze lightly. Use the finger of your right hand to lift the tip of your nose. And try to lower your nose down using your upper lip. The lip should be pulled as tightly as possible over the upper teeth.
- Chin. Make a fist and place it under your chin. Try to open your mouth against resistance. And then stick your tongue out in the same position.
- Neck. Pull back your lower lip so that your teeth are visible. Make sure that the corners of your lips do not move. If the exercise is performed correctly, relief muscles appear.
- Face contour. Open your mouth wide, the muscles of the cheeks, chin and neck should be tense, the lower jaw pushed forward.

There are many factors that influence muscle loss and reduction. It is important for each of us to consume enough clean water. Average calculation: 30 ml per kilogram of weight. At a young age, we are 70-80% water, and the older we get, the smaller this percentage is. And even if you drink the amount of water your body needs every day, but at the same time drink 5 more cups of coffee a day, you safely “neutralize” this water and remove it, so dehydration continues. Accordingly, our bones, our muscles, and ligaments lose water, but our tissues need it constantly. Therefore, for the beauty of your face, it is important to follow a drinking regime.
