People are willing to go to great lengths to get into the coveted Guinness Book of Records. Some people have to work for a long time and even agree to painful procedures, while others were simply especially rewarded by Mother Nature. Today you will see not only the owner of the largest natural breasts, but also the person with the largest nose.

59-year-old Annie Hawkins-Turner is truly turning heads as she has the largest natural breasts in the world. A woman's breasts weigh about 50 kg! The required bra size, if such were produced, would be 102ZZZ. Moreover, under the pseudonym Norma Stitz, she starred in several adult films.

Where did you get your motivation?

What truly motivates me is the opportunity to exemplify the ultimate ultimate fitness dream. “My life is my message.”

For me, there is an all too simple fact that training makes me feel great. I mean incredibly good health, when the mood and energy overwhelm you.

The longest female legs

According to the Guinness Book of Records, Svetlana Pankratova is the owner of the longest legs in the world. The former basketball player's leg length is 132 cm, while the woman is 1.95 m tall. In September 2008, the woman with the longest legs appeared along with the world's smallest man, He Pingping, whose height was 74 cm for the 2009 edition of the Guinness Book of Records.

Andreas Munzer - a man without skin

Andreas Müntzer was one of the top bodybuilders of the 90s. There were many reasons for its popularity, but perhaps the most important were the following:

  • he was a protégé of Albert Busek (“German Joe Weider”, president of the European division of the IFBB, the man who once “sheltered” Arnold)
  • it was very dry (the same 4% fat)
  • he was a fellow tribesman of Arnold Schwarzenegger (Austria, Styria, capital Graz)

To be honest, Münzer did not quite match the muscle mass of the serious champions of that period. Just remember Dorian Yatz or Nasser El Sonbati. However, as you remember, the lack of mass can be compensated by the rigidity of the terrain. In order to be in the crowd and perform, Andreas chose this path. He was always the driest at competitions, and, in addition, he kept extremely dry shape all year in order to earn money from guest posing and photo shoots for magazines. Once he even appeared on the cover of the cult magazine FLEX, which impressed him much more than any other achievements in sports (he admitted this during an interview).

In general, Münzer’s story is very muddy and smells bad. Not only because he died from massive internal bleeding, but also because he was close to Albert Busek. People from the party say that Busek is an elderly homosexual who really loves beefy boys. So much so that he even founded his own magazine and gym in Germany. In his interviews, Schwarzenegger said that after moving from Graz to Munich, he repeatedly encountered a certain gentleman who offered him money and sponsorship in exchange for “male affection.” People who know the Munich life story of Arnold say that he had Albert Busek in mind...

By the way, the trajectory of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Andreas Munzer is very, very similar. Both were born in Styria (one of the states of Austria). My childhood was spent in the wilderness. Then both moved to the capital of Styria - the city of Graz, where they achieved their first significant successes in bodybuilding. After this, Mr. Albert Busek noticed them and offered “free assistance” with the conquest of Munich. Both were offered the position of trainer and administrator of the Busek gym.

Young Munzer dreamed of Arnold's laurels and the most important tournament for him was not the Olympia, which he frankly did not reach, but the Arnold Classic, where his God was Arnold Schwarzenegger. It must be said that Arnie treated Münzer very well and even sent a farewell wreath to his grave in 1996 with the inscription “Last greetings, friend.” In general, Andreas was pulled by the ears with all his might. However, the body could not stand it.

Cause of death of Andreas Münzer

It is difficult to say why exactly Andreas died. After his death, it was announced that dozens of banned substances were found in his body. In addition to steroids, there was insulin and growth hormone (by the way, in those days it was cadaveric, and not recombinant as it is now). The bodybuilder's liver and kidneys failed almost simultaneously after flying from his last competition. And although his heart was also doubled in size, he died from massive bleeding in the abdominal cavity and failure of internal organs.

There is an opinion that Münzer died from the use of cytadren. This is a substance that helped block catabolism. However, in stressful situations, stress hormones need to work to protect the body. And as a bodybuilder, their work was suppressed. Against the background of thick blood, organs began to fail (not the blood vessels and not the heart).

Müntzer's death course

At one time, a course of drugs that Andreas used in preparation for competitions was popular online, after which he died. This is what the atrocity looked like:

  • Ephedrine, AN 1, Captagon, Aspirin, Valium, Clenbutenol, Thyroid hormone

Week 10 – Week 6 (before competition)

  • 20 IE growth hormone
  • 20 IE insulin

Mexican Maria Jose Cristerna entered the Guinness Book of Records as the owner of the most modified body. Her entire body has undergone 49 modifications: countless tattoos, transdermal implants and piercings. The girl grew up in a religious family, studied to be a lawyer, and then decided to become a “Vampire Woman” and got a job as a VJ. Maria also managed to have children.

Diet of Helmut Strebl

Helmut Strebl's Training Basics

Helmut and Müntzer's workouts are very voluminous and consist of a huge number of exercises, approaches, repetitions mixed with supersets and drop sets. Obviously, such training requires a huge amount of energy. Add to this the fact that ectomorphs, in principle, have a very fast energy metabolism (fat does not have time to be deposited), and you will get that toned shape all year round. These guys aren't on a super strict diet. But what they get from food is spent very intensively in everyday training.

We recommend Underground 105. Diabetes: growth hormone, insulin, glucometer

You need to understand that when preparing for a competition, steroids are no longer needed to gain muscle, but to maintain dryness. It is dryness that is the main advantage that steroids provide in preparation. If a person begins to dry out without steroids, then he begins to lose muscle on a limited calorie intake. Perhaps Helmut now uses little or less anabolic steroids, since over the years the body has become accustomed to the “equilibrium point” of low fat levels. However, without steroids, this level of dryness looks too fantastic.

Athlete training

Strebl enjoys the process of caring for his body. He follows the exercise technique, and during training he gives his best. It was this philosophy that allowed him to remove almost all the fat from his body. The Driest Bodybuilder's Workouts:

  • First day. Performing deadlifts, pull-ups. He does these exercises 12 times in 3 sets. It also has narrow and wide grip pulley pulls. The athlete does 4 sets of 12 repetitions.
  • Second training session. Helmut performs dumbbell flyes on a bench and barbell presses in the classic and inclined version. He also does push-ups. He performs all these exercises 15 times in five approaches.
  • The third day. An athlete performs cardio exercise.
  • Fourth training session. A bodybuilder pumps up his leg muscles. To do this, he does bench presses, extensions and flexions, as well as lunges. He performs all exercises for 12 repetitions with 4 approaches.

The athlete devotes all other activities to pumping up his arms, shoulders and abs. To do this, he does exercises with dumbbells and blocks. The number of repetitions is no more than 15 with 4-5 approaches.

You can study anatomy with it) the shape is simply amazing! not everyone can achieve this even with the best pharmaceuticals. I think it's not only a matter of approach, but also of heredity. lucky for him.

I never understood where people find the energy and time for such training, and even more so for such nutrition plans? Psychologically I can’t eat so little, so to speak. I don’t have time for such frequent and long-term training, but I want to have a great body. what should I do?((((

    Arnie says:

you know, it’s like “I want a cool car and a house, but I don’t have the time or energy to earn money, what should I do?” Work, dude! If you don’t have the desire to adjust your life to your desires, then maybe you don’t want it so much?
