Eye of rebirth. Exercises for women. Photos of what transurfing is for

The Eye of Renaissance exercises are suitable for women just as they are for men. The ancient Tibetan practice spread throughout the world thanks to the book of the same name by Peter Kelder, published in the late 30s. last century. In it, the author of the healing method told the inhabitants of the Earth about the secret Tibetan knowledge that returns youth, strength and health to a person. The ritual complex consists of 5 exercises-asanas, also called “5 Tibetans”, “Yoga of Youth” and “5 Pearls”.

Since ancient times, Tibetan lamas have used practices that activated life flows and opened chakras. Most modern people know that the human body consists of 7 energy channels, but the monks of high mountain monasteries believe that there are 142 of them. Kelder’s book talks about 19 chakras.

The writer gives the example of his friend, a 74-year-old retired British army officer, who could barely walk and could not fully straighten up. Having heard about the secret rituals of Tibet, the man went in search of the truth, and when he returned, Peter did not recognize him, since in front of him stood a 40-year-old cheerful guy, radiating health and calm.

Rules and features

The Eye of Renaissance is an exercise for women who want to prolong their youth and regain beauty and sexual attractiveness lost over the years . Regular exercise will speed up the onset of the desired effect, and the overall complex will strengthen muscles and improve mood.

In fact, there are 6 Tibetan pearls, but the last asana is only recommended for those people who are not sexually active. Therefore, in most parts of the world, only 5 exercises are common. Experts note that youth yoga is not just a set of poses, but a whole ritual that must be performed with a full understanding of what is happening and how.

Gurus recommend doing asanas:

  1. In the morning.
  2. On an empty stomach.
  3. After shower.
  4. In a good mood.
  5. Leisurely.

In order for the secret complex of the monks to have the desired effect, you need to devote the morning hours to it after waking up. Asanas fill the body with energy that will last for the whole day, so performing 5 pearls in the evening is not recommended, as it can lead to insomnia.

Morning yogic practices should be done on an empty stomach. This is due to the fact that turns, bends and bends, which are in the exercises, with a full stomach can lead to unpleasant sensations in the body.

Since the Eye of Rebirth is a ritual, it must be performed clean. To do this, simply wash or wipe with water at room temperature or take a shower. After exercise, water procedures can be started only after 30-40 minutes.

Opening the chakras and filling the body with energy occurs only in the absence of internal blocks. The blocking may be caused by a bad mood or nervousness. So, for example, the first exercise is done with a feeling of strength throughout the body, the second with joy, the third with a feeling of beauty, the fourth with love and peace, and the fifth is performed with an understanding of the world around.

The main enemy of yoga is haste. You need to perform pearls smoothly and without rushing to quickly free yourself and proceed to other things. When practicing asanas, a person should fully feel his own body and how it enjoys the process. If any of the exercises brings discomfort, then it is better to skip it and include it in practice when the body is already accustomed to the load.

Beginners are recommended to start classes with 3 repetitions of each asana. And every week add 2 additional times. The maximum number of repetitions reaches 21.

It is better not to take breaks between classes, as in this case the necessary healing effect is quickly lost. You can only allow a day of downtime when you feel complete physical apathy and fatigue. The daily healing complex takes no more than 20 minutes.

Who is Peter Kelder

“The Eye of Renaissance - 5 Tibetan Exercises” is an opus authored by Peter Kelder. He describes a traveler who wants to gain insight into eternal life. Methods of prolonging youth were revealed to him by the Tibetan Keepers of Knowledge.

For 5 years, the colonel was prepared to transfer rejuvenation methods to other people. But in those years, the mysticism of his story was indifferently received by the few readers of the Eye. In Russia, the translated edition of “The Eye of Revival” appeared in 1994 in a small edition, which sold out unexpectedly quickly.

Soon, numerous requests from readers began to reprint the brochure. The Russian yoga master re-released “Oko” with the addition of his practices. The further fate of the author of the original source of “The Eye of Rebirth” is difficult to describe due to the lack of at least some information about him.

The author was only an intermediary who conveyed the ritual practices of mountain monks, which contained deep information about how to turn back a person’s internal time.

Adviсe:

  • The Eye of Renaissance from 5 Tibetan exercises should be performed once a day, 3 times each.
  • In each subsequent week, add 2 repetitions to the ritual actions - 9 weeks.
  • There should be a total of 21 repetitions of each action.
  • If necessary (for health reasons), you can add repetitions slower than 2 per week. For example, increase by 2 every two weeks.
  • Doing exercises in the morning is the most recommended time. The effect of the ritual will last throughout the day.
  • It is acceptable to perform rituals twice a day. The maximum number of repetitions of each is 21 times daily - no more. It takes 20 minutes. time.
  • If you want more stress on the body, you can increase the speed of performing each of the rituals or add other exercises, for example, a warm-up warm-up before the complex or swimming after gymnastics.
  • Between rituals it is necessary to take a break to restore breathing.
  • On days when there are not even 20 minutes. on “Eye” or your health condition deteriorates, making it impossible to complete the entire complex, you can perform 3 repetitions of each exercise. This is better than skipping 1 day altogether.

Why are they needed?

Exercises for women from the “Eye of Revival” complex help to open the chakras and restore healthy circulation of energy throughout the body.

Each of the asanas is responsible for a specific health point and part of the human body:

  • The first exercise develops the vestibular apparatus, normalizes pressure and orientation in space. Spinning awakens the body and causes all chakras to become active.
  • The second asana is responsible for the hips and abdominal muscles. It opens the throat and hip canals.
  • The third exercise allows a woman to improve her spine, strengthen the muscles of her back, lower back and pelvis. There is an opening from the 2nd to 4th chakras.
  • The fourth asana allows you to perform a full massage of the internal organs, which increases their tone and makes them work better. In addition, the exercise is aimed at awakening all chakras. On the physical plane, it strengthens the muscles of the legs and arms, stretches and straightens the spine.
  • The final exercise is aimed at consolidating the effect of previous asanas. It also improves the functioning of the human circulatory and immune system. Rocking has an invigorating effect, and, in addition, strengthens the muscles of the arms, legs, back, abs and chest.

Tibetan morning practice has a positive effect on important parts of the body:

RegionHow does it affect
the immune system
  • eliminates congestion in the respiratory tract, bronchi and lungs;
  • increases overall resistance to viruses and colds.
Gastrointestinal tract
  • normalizes digestive processes;
  • stimulates the secretion of bile;
  • improves absorption and absorption of nutrients;
  • normalizes stool and makes going to the toilet easier;
  • promotes weight loss.
musculoskeletal system
  • improves posture;
  • strengthens muscles;
  • treats scoliosis and osteochondrosis;
  • reduces pain from arthritis.
reproductive department
  • normalizes the course of the menstrual cycle;
  • relieves cramps during PMS;
  • increases the possibility of conception.

The healing effect also occurs due to the activation of the body’s energy centers, such as:

  • adrenal glands;
  • gonads;
  • pancreas;
  • thymus gland;
  • thyroid gland;
  • pituitary gland;
  • hypothalamus.

In addition, experts noted that with the help of 5 pearls you can cope with bad habits. Thus, after 14-21 days, the practitioners’ craving for bad habits, such as smoking and alcohol, decreased.

Additional sixth exercise

Five basic practices are the basis of the teaching. For those who have comprehended the basics and accepted this philosophy for themselves, there is another ritual, the sixth Tibetan exercise. Exercise No. 6 can be practiced by those who are completely ready to reconsider their lifestyle, way of thinking, and even the characteristics of their sexual life.

The algorithm for performing the sixth exercise includes the following steps:

  • We stand straight;
  • take a deep breath;
  • we strain the anal and urinary sphincters, the muscles of the abdominal wall and pelvis;
  • holding our hips, we bend sharply and intensively push the air out of our lungs, i.e. we exhale with the sound “ha-ah-h”;
  • draw in the stomach to the maximum;
  • relax the abdominal wall and take the starting position;
  • keep your chin pressed to your chest;
  • stand for the maximum number of seconds, pulling in your stomach;
  • relax the diaphragm, raise your head and take a calm, deep breath.

Contraindications and possible harm

The Eye of Renaissance is an exercise for women that, in addition to having a positive effect, may also have contraindications . Experts do not recommend engaging in the rejuvenating complex of Tibet for children under 16 years of age and for old people whose age has exceeded 80 years.

Also, you should not start pearling practice if you have health problems such as:

  • heart diseases;
  • hypertension;
  • hernia;
  • increase in body temperature.

The set of asanas is contraindicated for pregnant and breastfeeding women. You should not practice 5 Tibetans if a woman is on her period. Some yogis believe that the Eye of the Renaissance is not suitable for the fair half of humanity, since it was developed by male monks, taking into account the characteristics of the male body.

Operating principle

Judging by the reviews of practitioners of the exercise, several basic gymnastics actions can be distinguished:

  • strength is restored;
  • Lightness and flexibility returns to the whole body - all muscle groups are tightened, tone returns;
  • weight is normalized;
  • memory, vision - improve;
  • the functioning of the cardiac system returns to normal, blood pressure returns to its normal level;
  • joints stop hurting, posture normalizes;
  • headaches go away, sleep normalizes, becoming shorter in duration and more effective;
  • general immunity increases;
  • chronic respiratory diseases gradually disappear;
  • reproductive function in women is normalized, the menstrual cycle is improved;
  • in men, problems with the prostate gland disappear;
  • the gastrointestinal tract works without failures;
  • neuroses, depression and other mental disorders that do not require serious medical intervention do not manifest themselves - thoughts are filled with feelings of novelty and energy.

Tibetan lamas practiced a simple gymnastic ritual to ensure prosperity, eternal youth and longevity. Technical achievements of civilization are rapidly changing the world around us, depriving modern man of the opportunity to actively move.

To get the maximum result from performing 5 Tibetan exercises, the body should be prepared for specific actions.

  • After waking up, without getting out of bed, do stretching - while inhaling, the spine is stretched, fully relaxing as you exhale. Then shake the limbs raised up perpendicular to the plane of the bed. Only after this simple preparation is it recommended to get out of bed.
  • During the ascent, the spine is straightened as much as possible with inhalation, imagining the process of saturating the body with energy flows emanating from the earth itself. The exhalation should be slow, stretching and relaxing, feeling the energy spreading inside. To finally prepare the body for the Eye of Rebirth exercises, you need to calmly shake your limbs and do a few light jumps in one place.

It has been known since ancient times that the physical shell of a person is only a link in a complex system of subtle bodies invisible to the eye. Thanks to invisible vortices that penetrate thin shells, an exchange occurs with the energy fields of the surrounding world.

Vortexes affect all internal systems and organs of a person; chakras are responsible for their absorption and redistribution; there are only 7 main ones and they are located along the spine. At the level of the physical body, energy funnels are associated with the main nerve nodes; they can be called a prana generator.

Main complex

The Eye of Renaissance is an exercise for women that includes 5 asanas, each of which must be performed regularly. It is better to do yoga in a well-ventilated area, on a flat surface. For convenience, it is recommended to use a mat for these types of physical activities.

5 exercises Eye of Renaissance

Asanas include:

  1. "The Whirling Dervish"
  2. "Incomplete bow."
  3. "Half camel pose."
  4. Modernized "Setu Bandha Sarvangasana".
  5. A mix of cobra pose and downward facing dog pose.

In the original, each of the pearls does not have its own name, so practitioners call them by their own, indicating the similarity of poses from other asanas.

The only exercise in the rejuvenating complex that has its own name is the 6th pearl or “Uddiyana bandha”, which can only be performed by a guru who has perfectly mastered 5 exercises from the main complex and has decided to lead the path of chastity and spiritual growth.

Before performing the complex, experienced yogis recommend stretching and toning the muscles. Also, you cannot swap asanas.

Whirling Dervish

To perform the first asana, you need to take a vertical position and step by step do the following:

  1. Straighten your back.
  2. Spread your arms to the sides.

  3. Relax your shoulders.
  4. Raise your chin so that it is parallel to your shoulders.
  5. Slowly begin to make circular movements clockwise.

Eyes can be closed or left open. During the circling process, make sure that your shoulders and arms do not tense, your back is straight, and your chin does not fall towards your neck. When all rotations are completed, stop and take several deep, calm breaths and exhalations.

Incomplete bow

To perform the second asana, take a horizontal position and:

  1. Relax and stretch your legs and arms, and your chin looks at the ceiling.
  2. Next, slowly raise your head so that your chin touches your neck.
  3. After this, raise your legs without bending them at the knees. The socks don't fit either. The feet are in a relaxed state.

  4. The hands remain relaxed on the floor.
  5. The raised legs and head and neck are fixed for a few seconds and smoothly lowered back to the floor.

A few seconds should pass between lifts to allow the muscles to relax.

Half camel pose

To perform the third exercise from the rejuvenating complex, you need:

  1. Get on your knees, slightly apart, and keep your body straight.
  2. Next, place your hands under your buttocks.

  3. After this, exhale, inhale and smoothly tilt your head back.
  4. The body follows the head. In this case, the emphasis is placed on the hands placed back under the buttocks.

After a good bend, slowly return to the starting position and repeat the asana the required number of times. Finish the exercise with a deep exhalation.

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (modernized)

To perform this asana, take a sitting position.

After which you need:

  1. Extend your legs and place them shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hands rest palms on the floor.
  3. The soles of the feet are extended with the toes towards the body.
  4. Next, slowly tilt your head and neck back.

  5. At the next stage, the body and legs are torn off the floor.
  6. Ultimately, the body should assume a table pose.
  7. Before returning to the original sitting position, the body muscles are tensed as much as possible.
  8. Returning to the starting point begins by lowering the body and pressing the chin to the chest.

When performing the asana, you need to monitor your breathing. First, you exhale, then, when you throw your head back, inhale. At the point of tension, breathing is held. Next, listen to your body.

Cobra pose + dog pose

To begin the last asana of the main complex, you need to lie on the floor, stomach down.

Next do the following:

  1. Hands rest on the floor and bend backwards as much as possible, taking a cobra pose.
  2. After this, raise your buttocks and straighten your legs so that you get a triangle or downward-facing dog pose.

  3. The chin is pressed to the chest so that you can see your feet. They freeze in this position for a few seconds, after which they return to the Cobra pose.

It will be easier to perform this asana when the body in the pelvic area does not touch the floor. Also, in the process, monitor your breathing and listen to your body.

Uddiyana Bandha

In the process of spiritual development, Tibetan monks completely abandoned sex life, as they believed that it took a lot of energy.

To perform the asana correctly, you need:

  1. Stand up.
  2. Place your feet together and lower your arms at your sides.
  3. Next, while inhaling, the muscles of the genital organs and sphincter are tensed.
  4. After this, they lean forward, placing their palms on their hips and receiving support, exhale smoothly.

  5. At the next stage, they straighten up, rising so that the chin lies on the chest and the stomach is drawn in. At the same time, take a maximum breath.

At the end, they exhale slowly and relax the body as soon as the air in the lungs runs out. The exercise is considered completed.

Losing weight with breathing exercises: effectiveness

Breathe correctly to lose weight. This seems strange to many, because it seems that there is no connection at all. Nevertheless, it is there, and very close. The essence of breathing exercises is to return to natural breathing. Breastfed babies always breathe deeply, with their stomachs, and their diaphragm takes an active part in the process. The lungs are completely filled with air and are completely released from it when you exhale. As we grow older, we lose this ability and breathe through our chest. In this case, the diaphragm and lower parts of the lungs are involved in this process very little, the air is not completely exhaled.

But full saturation of the body with air is extremely important, in particular for losing weight. Due to the fact that the cells receive enough oxygen, the body's metabolism accelerates and, accordingly, fats are burned more actively. Digestion improves, waste and toxins are actively removed from the body. Oxygen promotes the oxidation and breakdown of fat. Another benefit of breathing exercises for weight loss is that they are calming and reduce the production of stress hormones , while increasing the production of happiness hormones. As a result, we fight depression, feel calmer and more harmonious, getting rid of the need to eat away stress.

Breathing exercises are beneficial for the body as a whole, and it has the following benefits:

  • reduces hunger;
  • stimulates digestion;
  • breaks down and oxidizes fat cells;
  • provides the body with additional energy resources;
  • increases the body's defenses;
  • helps cleanse the body of harmful substances;
  • calms down.

What is the name of breathing exercises for weight loss? It all depends on the technology. The most popular trends today are bodyflex and oxisize. Find out about bodyflex with Marina Korpan in the article. Both work with full breathing, but there are certain differences. It takes only 15 minutes to complete both complexes. In bodyflex, the essence is to hold your breath for 8-10 seconds after taking a deep exhalation. Exercises are done specifically during the delay. With oxidation, short “inhalations” and “exhalations” are made. That is, taking a deep breath, we take three small breaths, and, after exhaling deeply, we take three short breaths.

Week schedule

The Eye of Renaissance is an exercise for women that needs to be performed regularly. To do this, experts recommend choosing a time in the first half of the day and training daily during the selected period.

If at the beginning one of the 5 pearls does not work out, then they put it off for this training, but try to do it in the next one . In addition, the weekly addition of 2 more repetitions to each asana enhances the rejuvenating and healing effect. The algorithm looks like this: 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 and 21. If after a week the body is not yet ready to increase the load, then the number of repetitions does not change.

2). 1:09:30

3). 1:17:02

4). 1:27:20

5). 1:38:25

This book was written in 1938 by P. Calder from the words of his acquaintance, a colonel in the British army, who visited a Tibetan monastery and became more than 20 years younger.

But there is another book on this topic that was published in the 90s. And it was written by Peter Levin, who learned rejuvenating Tibetan practices in the monastery. And there are 7 exercises. And they are described not much differently. Some people think that you need to study according to Kalder’s book, since this is the original source. And some believe that Peter Levin’s book is more correct and advanced.

But I believe that if there are other sources, then we need to study all the available materials. After all, each person conveys information in their own way. And it’s up to you to decide what you will use and what you won’t. You can read Levin's book here

When to expect the effect

The Eye of Renaissance is an exercise for women, the effect of which will be noticeable within the next day. The body instantly responds to internal stimulation of organs and healthy circulation of energy in the body.

Regularly performing a ritual consisting of 5 pearls allows you to normalize digestion and the functioning of other internal organs. Yoga practice strengthens the spine and normalizes posture.

The normal functioning of internal organs allows the blood to be regularly renewed and bring nutrients to all cells of the body and brain. Hence the increase in mood and self-confidence. Experts note that for others, the effect of Tibetan practice will be noticeable after 21 days . At this point, the transformation of the body will begin.

Practitioners note that after a month they have:

  • vision restored;
  • headaches disappeared;
  • sleep returned to normal;
  • heart problems disappeared;
  • Gastrointestinal ulcers were cured;
  • pain in muscles and joints went away;
  • the body was filled with lightness;
  • weight returned to normal;
  • increased endurance of the body;
  • nervous disorders disappeared;
  • depression stopped appearing;
  • memory returned to normal.

If we analyze the positive effect of rejuvenating yoga from a medical point of view, the metamorphoses occurring in the body become clear.
For example, strengthening the back and normal position of the spine allows the lungs to be filled with oxygen in full, which, in turn, normalizes the enrichment of the blood and internal organs with the required volume of oxygen. With correct posture, tension in various places of the body disappears, which also has a positive effect on the functioning of the internal organs and life support systems of the body. The liver, kidneys, heart and other energy-producing “complexes” occupy the right places and can function normally, without failures or complications.

Timely intake of nutrients stabilizes the functioning of all systems, and this allows you not only to eat on time, but also to remove accumulated toxins at the right time without complications.

Exercises for women from the “Eye of the Renaissance” complex help to completely heal the body and solve long-term health problems. In addition, 5 Tibetans charge you with energy and positive emotions for the whole day. To get more effect, you need to approach classes consciously.

Eye of Rebirth 5 exercises video

As for rejuvenating your appearance, the book says that you need to give yourself a mental attitude towards rejuvenation. And when you have enough energy, your appearance will also begin to change automatically.

And yet, P. Kalder’s book describes 6 exercises, and as it says, this is exactly what makes a person’s appearance younger. And the energy level rises significantly. It is called Udiyana banha. But you can’t just take it and do it. First, you need to properly master the first 5 rituals. And secondly, you need to give up your sexual life, because sex takes a lot of energy out of a person and opens up endless prospects for improvement. Peter Kalder threatens destruction in the body of anyone who breaks the rules. Therefore, I will not describe the exercise; if you decide, listen to it in an audiobook or read it in a book yourself.

I think that you will be interested in watching a video with a professional yogi who shows and tells how, from the point of view of yoga, to correctly do the Tibetan practices of the Eye of Revival in order to get the maximum benefit.

To be honest, when I did everything as the yoga teacher advised in the video, I no longer wanted to do it “the right way,” as written in the books by Kalder and Levin. He shows you how to breathe and move and tune in to the smallest detail, how to place your feet... And this way the exercises are much easier to do, and your mood becomes much better. And you don’t need to think about where and how to breathe, in short - everything is great. Thanks to the creators of this video tutorial.

How to lie down in Shavasana.

This must be done at the end of the practice, no matter what method of doing the exercises you chose. You need to lie on the mat, feet at a distance of 5 cm. Bring your shoulder blades together so that your hands lie palms up. And focus on breathing: inhale and exhale, stop the thoughts in your head and relax. Shavasana is also a whole science and you can read how to do it below.

When finished, move your fingers and toes, take the deepest breath and exhale as much as possible. That's it, practice is over. Have a nice day!

Shavasana - deep relaxation and rest in 3 minutes

Does cardio help you lose weight?

The formula for weight loss is extremely simple: it is important that we burn more calories than we consume.
Therefore, weight loss programs include working with nutrition (restricting caloric intake) and increasing physical activity. Cardio training here is good in different ways. First, they actually increase calorie expenditure. Secondly, they help develop endurance. And thirdly, cardio is the easiest way to start regular fitness: mastering the technique of many cardio exercises is easier than strength training.

Does cardio help you lose weight? Yes, under certain conditions. As noted above, this is maintaining a balanced diet, regularity of exercise and their intensity. “From the point of view of weight loss, circular interval training will be more effective, rather than monotonous cardio - when, for example, we run or walk on a treadmill for half an hour at a steady pace,” comments Anastasia Yurkova, master trainer of X-Fit group programs in Russia.

Second phase

The following exercise is aimed at raising the tone of the whole organism and stabilizing the rotation of the vortices:

  1. Lying on the floor, place your arms along your body, palms pressed to the floor, palms down.
  2. As you inhale, the head rises until the chin is pressed to the top of the sternum.
  3. At the same time, the legs are raised to a right angle position. It is not advisable to raise your legs at the knees; it is not advisable to bend them.

  4. You should raise your head and legs smoothly, without rushing.
  5. As you exhale, lower your head and legs at the same time.
  6. After the exercise, rest a little in the starting position. Now you can move on to the next ritual.

Let's sum it up

The “Eye of Revival” (or “Five Tibetan Pearls”) set of practices can restore energy and vitality, but you won’t need to spend a lot of time or effort. Classes will take only 20 minutes a day, but the effect is amazing. For beginners, it is better to choose a manual in pictures for a more complete understanding of the scheme for performing various actions, and also start with a small number of repetitions, gradually increasing the load. The book “Eye of Revival” states that the best option is to perform such gymnastics twice a day, in the mornings and evenings. Undoubtedly, with twice daily training, the body’s recovery will be faster, but this option is individual. “Five Pearls” will not be a cure for all diseases, but their implementation will be useful to everyone who cares about maintaining youth and health. Exercise helps free up the flow of energy, restores strength and gives you a boost of energy for the whole day.
