The day before, every day, at 21.00 you are sent a task for tomorrow. The task for the day includes the main workout, which is quite doable by the way and... A special task that I will tell you is very brutal, for example, 500 horizhops (these are squats) or 300 burpees or 400 push-ups or 20 minutes of planks, etc. etc. Every day, before 24.00, you need to write a report to Minion about how your day went and whether you completed the entire training program sent to you, in the report you can write all your thoughts, feelings and emotions, like this - it was hell, I I could barely stand it. etc. Minions are very kind and polite, they will listen to you and answer you with something encouraging. And if you consider that this healthy lifestyle game is designed primarily for overweight and very overweight people, and please note that the rule of nutrition and training is the same for everyone, there is no individual approach, then I think this is very wrong and cruel. Plus, when you pay for participation in drying, no one will ask you about your health problems, no one cares about it. You bear all responsibility for your health and well-being. I would also like to note that, judging by the results of all past seasons, anyone can get prizes, you can’t guess. I didn’t jump again, because it makes sense if next week I do 20 or more burpees with a plank at the same time, and even those hurt me. As a result, I lost 7 kg myself at home, without any hassle or hassle, doing standard exercises with light weights every other day for 40-50 minutes. What was drying?

I started with a weight of 63kg.

During the preparatory week of cutting, they calculated that I should eat 1900 kcal. with lots of protein. It's a lot.

In week 1 I needed to eat 1410 kcal, with 30% protein, approximately 140 g. - this is 2 times the protein norm for my weight! You need to eat fractionally 5-6 times a day. Not every employer will understand that you will eat so often at work. For 1 week, the “die but do it” task takes about 30 minutes and an additional task for the day: do 20 sets of a high chair or do 200 burpees, do 150 push-ups, hold the plank for 100 minutes. etc. In fact, it turns out that in order to complete an additional task, you need to do it a little at work every hour. Not every employer will understand this, not everyone has this opportunity. And in the evening you do the “die but do” routine and then put the food into jars for the next day. There is no time left for family, provided that I work from 9 am to 6 pm and get up at 6 am. Think carefully about this before you get involved in this adventure. Drying takes up ALL my free time, and even part of my working time. There is no other way!

Every week the tasks become more and more difficult; there is always a main task - an exhausting workout that takes 60 minutes. And an additional task, which also takes about an hour. Towards the end, the diet becomes more protein-rich and almost carbohydrate-free. THIS IS VERY HARMFUL! Personally, my body is sensitive to such experiments, from such an amount of protein I had terrible constipation (sorry for the details), digestion was disrupted, and the lack of carbohydrates made me think poorly. There can be no talk about the health benefits and “correctness” of such a diet, everything is too tough, too much protein, this can seriously damage the kidneys! Think about this before you start DRYING. My body is not a fool, it stood up like a stopper from such experiments, it didn’t lose an ounce, it protested with such a diet and regimen. But I learned to do push-ups))) I wrote to my minion that the weight is not coming off, they answered me, well, it’s okay, not everyone’s metabolism immediately accelerates on the first drying session, on the second drying it may accelerate and the weight will go into minus. Naturally, I did not participate in the next drying. And after drying, I had a delay in my period. And after the end of drying, when I began to eat as before (without sweets), my weight jumped by another 3 kg and here I am again at 66 kg))) WONDERFUL!

Now I count calories again using my gentle slow method, with a different ratio of BZHU, with less protein recommended by WHO (about 1-1.5 g of protein per 1 kg of weight), I work out 3 times a week for 40-60 minutes, and not 2 times a day for an hour, like on DRYING, the weight began to slowly go away. I won’t describe how and what works there; there is a lot of information on the Internet. I will only write about my results. I participated in two seasons.

Firstly, the weight comes back after the game. This is not a panacea. More precisely, this game is not for you to lose weight at all. This game is for lazy assholes looking for a magic kick to get their ass off the couch. You will lose weight, but not due to fat, but due to the drained water, and as soon as the cherished month has passed and you begin to live as before, the weight will return, taking with you a couple of extra kilogram friends.

Secondly, even a perfectly healthy person is not guaranteed to remain healthy after the game. The workouts themselves during the week, no matter what, the body is able to withstand. But take-off missions are exactly the kind of dangerous place where you can lose your knees or break your back. I injured my right knee while doing burpees in one of the elimination challenges. At first it just got sick, and then it began to crack wildly with EVERY step when climbing the stairs. With everyone!!! An appointment with a doctor costs 2,000, I had 2 appointments, plus an MRI of the knee cost 6,000 rubles, plus another 5,000 worth of medications. Do the math yourself. I haven’t completely healed my knee, the doctor said it’s forever.

Thirdly, a huge load on the body plus no individuality in nutrition. The result is a broken cycle that I have not been able to restore for more than a year. Immediately after the second season, I had a 14-day delay, although before that, pah-pah, since I was 12 years old, my cycle was like a pharmacy!!! The problem is also not resolved yet.

Fourthly, it is psychologically difficult to perceive the need to stand up straight like this and like that in the photo, be sure to slam into a burpee to fly out, otherwise get the fuck out, ladies and gentlemen. So the question is, I’m almost 30 years old, why the hell did I get involved in some kind of incomprehensible nonsense and dance to the tune of some guy with a gigantic ego and lack of even the slightest knowledge about coaching and people’s health?! Go through the forest, my friend.

And fifthly, no basis on nutrition and training. No individuality, one size fits all. And a girl at 100 kg, and a girl at 50.. Now it seems that they have already come up with something about it, but I don’t keep track of it much, it was like that in my seasons.

Let me make a reservation right away that I did not apply for any prizes; it is clear that everything there is not for mere mortals. At first I was just wondering what kind of game this was. I went to the second season because of their favorite trick - to put pressure on the fact that you are a “mattress”, “lazy”, “get your ass off the couch” and others like that. It would be better not to succumb to provocations and not go.

I am more than sure that there are thousands of participants like me. Who undermined their health. But everyone is silent while the organizers make a fortune for themselves. You can tell me that it’s my own fault, that I don’t have the exercise technique, etc. So most people don't have technology. Professional athletes already know how to lose weight, they won’t go to this bullshit. It’s my own fault that I got involved in this and that I didn’t think in advance whether health was more important to me or the beauty of my body.

Finally, I’ll say that I liked it. I liked the minions, guys, if you are reading this, respect to you. Very pleasant communication, this idea is good.

  • The professionals win. For example, my season was won by a girl who competed in a regional bikini. They didn’t vote for me because of my appearance, which is very typical for a strength athlete (big shoulders, wide back, muscular legs, and not just butt).   • Smolny has obvious tsar syndrome. He is not going to improve his brainchild, and he does not react in any way to complaints from participants about injuries. Exercises for the second week

Crazy drying week 2 includes the following set of exercises:

  • Day one - 15 sit-ups, 30 climbers, 30 jumping jacks, 90 seconds of planks. They are performed in 4 approaches with a break of 60 seconds. Next, you should rest for 2 minutes and do 5 repetitions of squats using the 30/30 Tabata system. Again, break for 2 minutes and do push-ups using the same principle.
  • The second is sit-ups, jump squats, rock climbers, triceps push-ups, hyperextension, burpees, 90 seconds of planks. You need to perform 10 approaches with 2-20 repetitions. There is a 60-second break between circles, and 2 minutes between exercises.
  • Third. 10 burpees, 20 sit-ups, 10 burpees, 30 jumping jacks. Perform 10 approaches with a break of 60 seconds. After finishing, rest for 2 minutes. Do 5 sets of plank and chair, maintaining the pose for 30 seconds. There is a 1 minute break between each movement.
  • Fourth. 3 repetitions of squats according to the Tabata 40/20 system (rest 120 seconds between sets). Rest for 2 minutes. 3 rounds of Tabata 40/20 push-ups. Rest again for 2 minutes. Perform 4 circuits of two movements: 30 climbers and a one-minute plank. Rest again and do 40 burpees.
  • Fifth. 5 jump squats, 10 sit-ups, 3 burpees. It is necessary to make 30 circles, each taking less than a minute to complete, the remaining time up to 60 seconds is used for rest.
  • Sixth. Challenge: 120 seconds of planks and 3 minutes of burpees.
  • Seventh. Rest.
