Brief biography of the athlete
Denis Tsyplenkov was born on March 10, 1982 in Krivoy Rog, where he spent his childhood and youth. He began to show a penchant for strength sports as a child and at the age of twelve he began training with weights. He was advised to take up arm wrestling by his coach, who saw that the guy showed great promise, and kettlebell lifting was gradually losing popularity. Denis Tsyplenkov in his youth, although he was a promising athlete, did not have enough acquaintances and friends in the arm wrestling niche, therefore, having arrived in Moscow immediately after graduating from school, he decided to take up this sport on his own.
