The author of the fasting program claims that fasting during detox days is stressful for the body.
Malysheva suggests eating nutritious foods little and often. Buckwheat is well suited for a lighter day, as it contains a complex of nutrients necessary for the body and saturates well. For the event you need:

  • buckwheat, which should be steamed the day before - 250 g;
  • dried kelp - 5-10 g to improve taste (optional);
  • kefir 1% - 1 l;

Divide the products into 7 parts. They should drink water between meals. To avoid swelling the next morning, you should limit your fluid intake after 18:00.
