  11. I.P. – lying on your back, legs together, hands behind your head in a “lock.” Turn sharply from side to side, rolling over your back. 12-15 repetitions.
  12. I.P. - on my knees. Squat sharply in both directions, pressing your buttocks tightly to the floor, while throwing your arms forward in the opposite direction. Perform 8 times in both directions. Exercise is prohibited for varicose veins.
  13. I.P. – standing, feet shoulder-width apart, hands on the belt. Perform circular movements with your hips at least 10 times in each direction.
