The juice from a whole grapefruit and two lemons is also squeezed into it. After punching, the cocktail is flavored with cinnamon and one or two tablespoons of honey.

  • Honey - 2 teaspoons

  1. A glass of low-fat milk is poured into a blender and cubes of small carrots with a couple of spinach or cabbage leaves plus ice are added. Once you’ve punched it until it’s smooth, add orange slices, green apple pieces and half a glass of white grapes. Finally, add half an avocado and a banana. After the final whipping, the breakfast is poured into an aesthetic glass and garnished with a sprig of mint.
  2. For this smoothie, all ingredients are placed in a bowl at the same time: a glass of spinach, a cucumber without skin, parsley (leaves only), a stalk of celery and a small apple. For aroma and taste, add two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and add half a teaspoon of zest and a third spoon of grated ginger.

Beetroot

  • Beetroot - 1 stick
  • Celery (stem) - 2 stalks

  2. Leave the juice to cool and soak for 2-2.5 hours. After this you can start cooking.
  3. The next step is processing the oranges. Peel them and cut into slices. Also remove the thick white core from the latter.
  4. Place them in a blender bowl along with beetroot juice and orange pulp. Add peeled carrots, thinly sliced ​​cabbage and peppers without seeds or stalks.
  5. Peel the ginger and chop it with a fine grater. Now all that remains is to mix it with the mass.
  6. Then, using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Usually, a sufficient amount of vegetable juice is required to prepare a tasty drink. However, if the amount of liquid is not enough, this can be corrected by boiling cold water.

The smoothie should be served immediately after mixing. This is a very healthy snack between meals.

From spinach

Spinach smoothies prepared in a blender have a very bright and appetizing green color. This drink is rich in vitamin C, strengthens the body and removes toxins. The main thing is to drink fresh spinach smoothies. Here are the ingredients:

  • Fresh spinach leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Bananas – 2
  • Apple - 1 pc.
  • Lemon - 1/2 lemon
  • Water - from 0.5 to 1 tbsp. spoons

Only citrus juice is used in the final product. Therefore, you can first remove the peel and use it in other dishes.

Preparation:

  1. First, peel the banana. Choose soft, ripe and not blackened ones. Then cut them into small pieces.
  2. Peel the apples, remove the core and seeds. Then cut it into cubes.
  3. Place all prepared fruits in a blender bowl. Pour the juice of half a seedless lemon on top.
