  • Kefir – ½ tbsp.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1 pinch.
  • Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Butter – 50 gr.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp.
  • Yeast (dry) – ½ tsp.

For filling:

  • Cherry – 200 gr.
  • Granulated sugar – 100 gr.

Additionally:

  • Sunflower oil – 1 tsp.
  • Water – 40 ml.
  • Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp.

Cooking process:

Step 1. Lightly heat the kefir and pour it into a deep plate, add yeast, granulated sugar and a little salt.

Step 2. Mix thoroughly and add two tablespoons of sifted flour.

Step 3. Stir again and pour in the beaten egg separately.

Step 4. Next, add pre-melted and cooled butter to the kefir mass.

Step 5. Add the rest of the flour.

Step 6. With dry hands, knead a soft and elastic dough.

Step 7. Cover the flour mixture with cling film or a towel and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Step 8. Divide the risen dough into pieces of the same size and form into balls.

  • Flour – 2 tbsp.
  • Kefir – 120 ml.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter (melted) – 130 gr.

  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Vanillin - to taste.
  • Sunflower seeds - to taste.
  • Cinnamon - to taste.
  • Butter - for greasing.

Cooking process:

Step 1. In a deep bowl, combine sugar, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon and vanillin.
