Ekaterina Usmanova was born in the city of Krymsk, Krasnodar Territory. Like many children, Katya loved outdoor games, and from her youth she paid attention to the development of her body. Early marriage and the beginning of a sports career

At a local sports club, Katya meets her future husband, fitness instructor Alexander. In 2010, the young people got married. This was the beginning of Catherine’s sports career. After some time, the girl will win the title “Miss Fitness Bikini” of the Krasnodar Territory. And this will only be the beginning.

The husband participates in all of Catherine’s training, preparing her for competitions. So, I eat 3-4 times: in the morning fruit and porridge, at lunch a cocktail or soup (I fell in love with all sorts of lentils, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli), and for dinner, invariably protein - fish, seafood. The 4th meal during the day can be a salad or a cocktail! But this is not an example of drying. Not an example for those who want to build muscle mass) This is just an example of a healthy, balanced diet

Personal life

As we wrote above, Katya married her fitness instructor early. The man supported his soulmate in everything, helped the girl win titles on the sports podium. But soon tension arose in the relationship. The reason for this could be the girl’s fame, her complete dedication to fitness.

Katya married for the second time to businessman Dmitry, who helped the girl develop in her career - “Online Fitness University”, a line of swimsuits and the development of a series of sports nutrition. Catherine also broke up with Dmitry.

The current chosen one is NL network business manager Pavel Korshunov. The couple’s relationship is not officially registered, but on the social network VK, Ekaterina’s status is listed as married. Last year, an important event happened in Catherine’s life.
