  • 50 grams of spinach. Wash and dry.
  • 2 eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the latter with sweetener until white peaks form.
  • 80 grams of flour. It can be rice, oatmeal or any other whole grain.
  • 100 ml low-fat kefir.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the whipped egg whites. Then carefully add the proteins into the resulting mixture. Our pp dough is ready. Now all that remains is to transfer it into a regular bag, make a hole in it and squeeze out small spinach circles onto the mold. This will be the basis for our pp cake.

Place in the oven until fully cooked. The cake should remain green on top and brown on the bottom.

Products:

  • low-fat cottage cheese - 200 g
  • chocolate flavored protein – 70 g
  • carob or cocoa powder (preferably low-fat too) - 3 tsp.

How to cook:

  1. Grind coconut flakes in a blender. If it’s torment, then we don’t do anything.

PP cakes with coconut flakes

Do you like coconut? Why not make healthy coconut-based cakes. To make this dessert truly low-calorie, you need to use low-fat coconut instead of regular coconut. It has very few calories, so these pp cakes will easily fit into your diet.

  • 100 grams defatted coconut flakes. It must be crushed in a blender.
  • 1 chicken egg.
  • 1 large apple. Choose sweet varieties of apples. It needs to be washed, cut and baked in the microwave. Then separate the skin and make a puree from the pulp.
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa. We use only natural products.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • Natural sweetener of your choice.

Add the egg to the cooled applesauce and beat. Then add all the bulk ingredients: chips, baking powder, cocoa, sweetener. We connect everything. The result was pp dough. Take a small mold and put the dough there. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cut the finished cake into two parts and spread with low-fat cream cheese and sweetener. Cover with the second part and let it brew. We cut it into 4 parts - and you have excellent pp cakes.

PP cakes on whey

You can prepare such flatbreads not only with kefir or yogurt, but also with whey. The calorie content of the whey is only 27 calories, so you get a dietary recipe:

  • 150 ml serum
  • 200 grams whole grain flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • ½ tsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients and knead the dough. Divide it into pieces and roll each one out. Fry in a frying pan on both sides without oil.

And here is the most chocolate version of the cake! Without flour and other other high-calorie ingredients. The simplicity of this recipe will surprise you:

  • 1 ripe banana.
  • 1 chicken egg.
  • 2 teaspoons natural cocoa.
  • baking powder - half a teaspoon.

If the banana is sweet, then there is no need to add sweetener.

Beat all the ingredients in a blender, pour into a mold or cup and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Maximum power. The finished cake can be topped with dark chocolate.
