Cheesecake, by the way, came to us from America (as is commonly believed), although this dish is popular all over the world and, in fact, it is the same curd (or cheese) cake. This recipe also comes to us from the Dukan diet. It prepares quickly and does not require much effort.

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g zero fat yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • Sweetener
  • vanilla and lemon flavoring
  • agar-agar – 2-3 g

Place all the ingredients of our cake in a blender and mix thoroughly.

Once the mixture has become truly homogeneous, pour it into a baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and place our pie there for a quarter of an hour. After this time, reduce the heat to 125 degrees and wait another 40 minutes.

Place the cooled pie in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Cottage cheese can not only be the basis of such a dessert, but also serve as cream. There are also many recipes for such cakes, here is one of them.

Chocolate cake with curd cream

As for the ingredients, this amount is only enough for a small cake. If you need a larger dessert, increase the ingredients by 2-3 times. This type of baking is suitable not only for everyday life, but also for holidays.

  • 4 eggs (only whites will be needed)
  • 3 tsp rice flour
  • 4 tsp cocoa
  • 1/3 tsp. baking powder
  • To taste vanilla sugar, honey and sweetener

Take all ingredients except eggs, mix well

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites into a stiff foam.

Combine with the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined into a homogeneous mass.

The dough must be divided into three equal parts and bake each separately in the oven. If the temperature is 180 degrees, then 5 minutes is enough.

For the curd cream

  • 350 g soft cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • vanilla sugar - to taste
  • 1 tbsp. gelatin
  • dark chocolate - half a bar
  • 70 ml water

Carefully dilute gelatin in water, dissolving lumps. Place over low heat, bring to a boil, do not forget to stir constantly, until completely dissolved. Then immediately turn off and let the mixture cool.

Add cottage cheese and honey together with gelatin, beat the mixture with a mixer. Since it contains gelatin, the resulting cream retains its shape well when placed on the finished pie.

Take the cakes, coat each one in turn with a thick layer of cream. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning all we have to do is decorate our dessert. To do this, you need to melt dark chocolate (it is recommended to do this in a water bath), then fill a pastry syringe with this mixture and apply patterns or any design on top. You can add berries, fruits or sprinkle with confectionery powder.

Carrot cake with curd cream

This amount of food is enough to prepare one large piece (of four layers). If you want to bake a whole cake, increase everything by 3-4 times and bake several layers (3 or 4 if you prefer).

For the curd cream

  • 150 g soft creamy cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l sweetener
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 4 tbsp. l milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. l. corn starch
  • 1 carrot (or half if the vegetable is large)
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. sweetener
  • 2 tbsp. oat bran

To prepare the base, mix the egg and milk until smooth. Pour bran into it and leave for 5 minutes. While you wait, in a separate bowl, mix all the bulk ingredients for the base of this recipe, and also grate the carrots.

Add bran, bulk products and carrots together and mix.

Pour the carrot dough into the mold, place in a preheated oven and leave there for about 10 minutes. Remember to make sure that the bottom of the cake does not burn. When the pancake is ready, cut it into four pieces crosswise.

To make curd cream, add all its ingredients together and beat with a mixer until fluffy. After this, coat all four parts of the resulting piece of cake.
