Which is better: minced meat or pieces

Minced meat is better absorbed by the body, it has a juicier and more delicate taste. But we are talking about a fresh product made from chilled meat.

Chicken fillet must be chewed thoroughly; sometimes it dries out during baking. To prevent this from happening, the main ingredient is placed between layers of juicy vegetables (zucchini, tomatoes, etc.).

Interesting! If you prefer minced meat, then it is better to make it yourself from a fresh piece of meat, having previously cleared it of skin, pieces of fat, films, and tendons. If you want to taste whole pieces of fillet, place them between layers of vegetables and dough so that they do not lose their juice.
