Keep your back straight and your elbows raised as in exercise 1, or place your hands on the belt. Start moving your hips in different directions while sitting. Do 5 rotations in any direction and continue repeating the movements for 2-3 minutes.
  4. To strengthen the muscles of the entire torso, you should take the machine with both hands, place it at chest level and press both discs on both sides. Immediately begin to rotate the wheels with your hands in several directions. Continue doing this part for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Place the medical disc on the floor and point it behind the chair with your back to you. Stand on the machine, grab the back of the chair with your hands and begin to turn your body to the right and left, stretching your abdominal muscles. Make 5 turns in both directions.
  6. Then point the disc towards the wall, place your hands on it and begin to spin your legs. Seven circles on anyone in a given position.   9. For subsequent exercises, you need to place him on all fours, placing his knees on the instep of the disc. Spread your arms shoulder-width apart and watch your breathing. Take your socks off the floor and begin to rotate your hips left and right. This exercise should be performed for 2-3 minutes without interruption, without slowing down.
  10. Then stand on your feet and take dumbbells in your hands (no more than 2 kg). Stand on a plate, extend your arms and weights in front of you, and rotate your hips to the right and left. This exercise should also be performed for 2-3 minutes without stopping.
