Dish from the frying pan

In general, dishes fried in vegetable oil in a frying pan can hardly be called dietary. However, you can make cheesecakes with corn flour, which are considered low-calorie.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g. cottage cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3-5 tbsp. l. corn flour;
  • ½ tsp. baking powder.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until a thick mass forms.
  2. Place a non-stick frying pan on the stove and let it heat up. You can use a small amount of vegetable oil.
  3. Form the curds and place them in the pan, flattening them slightly. Cover with a lid.
  4. Fry each on 2 sides for 3-4 minutes.

The corn flour used for cooking is low in calories, so it can be replaced with wheat flour. It is not recommended to cook cheesecakes with semolina in a frying pan, since the cereal itself is high in calories, and in combination with vegetable oil, it will definitely not be beneficial for the figure.

If you use a non-stick frying pan, you can fry cheesecakes without oil.
