  • Mozzarella – 80 g.

  1. Cut the mozzarella into medium-thick slices, and then divide the slices in half.

Preparation:

  • Stir in the oil, pepper and salt and brush over the breasts. Place in a covered frying pan and place in a cool place for 50 minutes.
  • Chop the pepper and garlic.
  • Fry the breasts until golden brown.
  • Remove the meat and fry the pepper and garlic for 3 minutes.
  • Add raw rice and fry for 5 minutes, add tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
  • Pour in water, adding chicken and a little salt.
  • Let it boil, reduce the heat to low and leave to simmer, covered, for half an hour.

  3. We tie the baking sleeve on one side and place the prepared ingredients in it. We seal the sleeve on the second side. We make several holes in the bag so that it does not inflate during baking.
  4. Place the sleeve with chicken and vegetables in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  5. Once ready, carefully remove the sleeve. Serve the dish hot.
